No More Locked Doors Ministry, Inc. was birthed out of a life-changing experience through the life of Mrs. LaTanicia J. Rogers.

Raised in the Gulf Coastal area, namely Moss Point, MS this trailblazing Woman of God grew up experiencing storms of all kinds and learned how to survive them. However, her life’s journey would soon prove that she would need to develop a foundation far more stable than the ones she leaned on during her times of enduring tumultuous weather in Louisiana.

The life-changing experience that was the conception of her divine path in God’s purpose, was Mrs. Rogers’ incarceration in the Federal Prison System. Prior to her confinement, she owned CMC Professional Services, LLC, a business consulting firm. Within what felt like seconds, LaTanicia Rogers went from a free woman with a family to nothing more than an inmate number.

Determined to trust God through a seemingly insurmountable storm, this Storm Survivor became a Storm Conqueror! Since ministry had always been the central focus of her life, the Lord used her gifts as a motivator and a teacher, as she served in numerous prison ministries, including leading prayer ministries, as well as directing the praise and worship teams.  As a Christian, married woman and mother, Mrs. Rogers was also well-equipped to mentor countless women who desired to develop a relationship with God.  The Lord continued to expand her territory, and she became a spiritual force outside the walls of prison through the inception of No More Locked Doors Ministry, Inc.

In addition to leading her non-profit ministry, LaTanicia holds an Associate of Arts degree from MS Gulf Coast Community College, a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Liberty University, a Master of Accounting with a Minor in Leadership Degree from Liberty University, and a bachelor’s degree in Christian Education from Excellent Word Bible Theological Seminary.

Mrs. LaTanicia Rogers is the devoted wife of Wayne P. Rogers and the proud mother of four sons: Trevonne, age 29; Timothy, age 27; Austin, age 21; and Noah, age 14. She's an experienced speaker, teacher, leader, and counselor. Mrs. Rogers passionately serves in those capacities at various seminars, youth rallies, revivals, retreats, conferences, camp meetings, and workshops. She has a true heart for ministry and enjoys spending time with her family.
